document destruction to large and small
businesses. Because it is critical for
organizations to properly dispose of paper
and plastic media that contains sensitive
and confidential information, there exist
new laws regulating what materials must be
safely destroyed.
We take all necessary
measures to ensure that our
certified document destruction
meets all necessary requirements.
NAID has issued us a AAA certification;
this means that an independent third party
security firm has evaluated our processes
and procedures in specific areas and found
them to meet certain standards. From the
moment you place papers in our bins to the
moment we issue a Certificate of
Destruction, our clients can rest assured
that their materials were handled in a
secure, professional manner.
State of the art
confetti shredders are used at our facility.
A confetti size particle output is produced,
as opposed to the traditional paper strips.
Even to the untrained eye the difference
between these two shredding products is
visible. Once materials have been shredded,
each client is issued a Certificate of
Destruction stating materials were destroyed
beyond recognition. Our shredders are able
to process both papers and plastic media
together, so materials never have to be
sorted, further guarding them from the eyes
of potential criminals. Instead, the bins
are dumped directly into the machines to be
shredded. This adds an extra layer of
protection to materials in the bins. Also,
only state-licensed guards handle client
materials. And we are the only company to
use fingerprinted, Department of Justice
background-checked security guards.
