The Shredders is
a recognized fast-growing business serving
the
secure paper shredding
needs of over 3,000 customers across
Southern California. We offer
document shredding services
that are AAA certified by NAID. In order to
be certified by NAID,
professional document shredders
must meet stringent requirements; this
ensures that your information stays
confidential. Paper shredding can be a
highly effective way to destroy documents
containing sensitive information, if it is
done correctly. We are a member of the
Better Business Bureau and have been
recognized as a leader in document shredding
for the area.
Our clients can
rest assured that their materials are
handles in the most secure manner. Our State
licensed security guards who handle material
pickups and
confidential paper shredding
are all fingerprinted and have undergone
Department of Justice background checks.
Each person involved in our document
shredding services has been extensively
screened to ensure that your materials are
in the safest of hands. We provide clients
with highly secure bins that are locked and
slotted, to ensure that papers will only go
into the bins. Clients can choose from
console bins that are either 45-gallon or
16-gallon. We also offer a 64-gallon,
170-gallon bin or a large 3-yard bin. Our
bins are attractive and ensure secure
shredding.
Materials are
picked up on a regularly scheduled basis by
our state-licensed guards. Two guards are in
each truck that picks up your sensitive
materials and our trucks are alarmed and
locked at all times and are also GPS
tracked. You won't find this high degree of
security from many other professional
document shredders. You materials are
transported to our
Southern California shredding
facilities where top standards are in place
for confidential paper shredding. There,
they'll undergo our secure
confetti shredding
service where the results are not
paper strips, but rather confetti sized
particles.
Our
Southern California shredding services
facility is equipped with 24 hour video
surveillance cameras and there is always a
security guard on site. We have installed 16
video cameras that record all activity at
our facility. Tapes are stored for four
months. Once your materials are destroyed
you will receive a Certificate of
Destruction. As an extra precaution, you can
place papers as well as plastic media
devices, such as CDs and disks into the bins
at your location. Finally, all materials are
destroyed at the same time; we do not sort
through your materials. |
