The Shredders employs only state licensed security guards. We also require that each guard is fingerprinted and has undergone a Department of Justice background check. These guards are the only ones who handle client materials. Clients are provided with bins in five sizes, including indoor console bins in 16 or 45-gallon sizes and outdoor bins that come in 64 or 170-gallon sizes. Larger-sized businesses also sometimes prefer our 3-yard container.

Bins are picked up on a regular basis and are then transported in our locked, alarmed trucks. Once these containers arrive at our specialized facility, they are emptied directly into the shredder. And whatever our clients place into their bins, whether paper or plastic, is simultaneously processed; nothing is sorted, a measure we insist on to eliminate the possibility of tampering. And with a processing rate of up to 20,000 pounds of materials per hour, clients can count on having their materials managed on time, efficiently, effectively, and securely.
